Project description
ECE II (business-to-business electronic commerce, period: 1998-2000) elevated the impact of Internet-based cooperation on the competitiveness of SMEs in particular. It commercial, technological and institutional issues were examined (eg, barriers and how to overcome them through institutional factors).
